As a Support Worker, you'll support people in their own homes and communities, helping them maintain their independence and continue doing the things that matter to them.

You might help with:

- Personal care and medication assistance

- Meal preparation and household tasks

- Shopping, appointments and community activities

- Daily routines and maintaining independence

- Building genuine relationships with the people you support

We'll invest in you

n

You'll ideally have a Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care or similar, or be working towards one.

n

You'll also need a current driver's licence and reliable vehicle, First Aid and CPR, and the relevant checks — or be willing to obtain them.

n

Depending on future opportunities, roles may also be available for people without a formal qualification.
