Job Description

Commencing in early January 2027, we have an exciting opportunity for first-timers, experienced winery operators, people from other industries and returnees.

In summary, the Vintage Production Administrator is responsible for: -

- Providing accurate and timely data entry




- Producing precise reports and documentation as required
- Accurate processing of purchase orders
- Providing administrative support to departments as required

Desired Skills and Experience

Qualities, Qualifications and Experience:

- Intermediate MS Office, Excel and database skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management and an ability to meet deadlines
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- A flexible approach to work
- Ability to undertake shift work

Zilzie Wines is located approximately a 20-minute drive from Mildura at our Karadoc Winery Site.
