Oasis Care Centre is seeking a compassionate Disability Carer to join our Victoria-wide team on a full time basis. You will provide personalised, participant-centred support in accordance with each care plan, working with participants, families and other care team members.

Responsibilities include personal care, daily living support, meal prep, mobility assistance and helping participants access social and community activities, while maintaining records and ensuring safety and dignity for all
