Access to Therapy in Springfield is seeking a friendly Administration Officer to join our front desk team. This part-time role, scheduled for Thursday and Friday (with optional Wednesday), 8:30am–4:00pm, is based in Springfield or Raceview as we launch a current clinic in November.

You will greet families, manage bookings, invoices and NDIS/Medicare administration, and collaborate with our Administration Coordinator to ensure a smooth experience for families and clinicians.
