About the role

n

As a Remedial Massage Therapist, you'll work alongside our physiotherapist, nutritionist, naturopath, and acupuncturist, gaining exposure to rehabilitation, movement and wellbeing.

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

assessing clients and identifying treatment needs

n

delivering tailored massage therapy treatments

n

building personalised treatment plans

n

supporting injury prevention and rehabilitation

n

collaborating within a multidisciplinary health team.

n

Essentials we're looking for

n

Valid Australian work rights and strong English communication skills

n

Myotherapy,



Cert IV or Diploma in Remedial Massage, or Beauty Therapy qualification

n

Experience in remedial, deep tissue, sports, Thai, pregnancy or lymphatic drainage massage, sports strapping/taping, or stretch therapy

n

Excellent understanding of human anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics

n

Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willing to obtain)

n

National Police Check (or willing to obtain)

n

Professional Indemnity Insurance and Public Liability Insurance (current or or willing to obtain)

n

Current AAMT/ANTA professional registration or similar recognised massage therapy association
