Wellness Centre Manager — Coffs Harbour
n Full-time | No nights, no shift work

Kado Wellness Coffs Harbour is looking for a Wellness Centre Manager to lead our recovery and wellness facility. Our centre offers Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, Cryotherapy, and Red Light Therapy, alongside a range of complementary wellness services. This role would ideally be suited for a registered nurse wanting to step away from shift work and unpredictable rosters.

What you'll be doing

- Leading the day-to-day operation of a premium wellness centre, including guest experience, treatment coordination and centre administration
n
- Guiding clients through their wellness journey — understanding their goals and recommending appropriate services such as Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, Cryotherapy and Red Light Therapy
n
- Overseeing wellness equipment including the Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber, Cryotherapy and Red Light Therapy bed, including daily checks, cleaning and coordinating servicing
n
- Recruiting, training and leading a small team, with regular coaching and performance support
n




- Driving centre performance — retail, packages and revenue targets
n
- Managing stock, compliance, WHS and daily reporting
n

What we're looking for

n

n
- Experience in a similar client-facing environment — spa, wellness centre, health club, hospitality or healthcare
n
- A genuine interest in holistic health, recovery and wellbeing
n
- Strong leadership instincts
n
- Comfortable with client-facing service, retail conversations and hitting targets
n
- Confident with computer systems and comfortable learning new ones
n
- Current First Aid & CPR certification (or willing to obtain)
n
- A clinical or nursing background is a bonus but not required
n
