DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES n

- Cleans beverage areas in restaurant and casino bar stations.
n
- Provides and replenishes beverage stock and supplies.
n
- Removes empty bottles and trash.
n
- Prepares necessary fruit for use as garnishes.
n
- Receives issues and keeps necessary records of liquor store and supplies.
n
- Serves as back up for bartenders when necessary.
n
- Promotes outstanding guests services on a continual basis.
n
- Participates as a team member with bartenders, utilities, servers, supervisors and all other pertinent team members in ensuring an efficient operation.
n
- Works in a clean, sanitary, safe, and organized manner, abiding by all health and safety regulations.
n
- Assists and covers breaks for bartender when applicable.
n
- Replenishes ice as needed.
n
- Anticipates needs of bartenders and guests.
n
- Follows all C.A.R.E.



guidelines to help assist with guests’ responsible consumption.
n
- Sweeps and mops bar and beverage service areas daily.
n
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
n

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS nn
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
n
- Six months experience working in a bar or lounge as barback servicing the bartender preferred.
n
- Robust interpersonal and communication skills required.
n
- Knowledge of Point-of-Sale systems.
n
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
