n Working with a long standing independent agency in Melbourne's North West, we are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager on a temporary basis, starting immediately.

THE ASSIGNMENT
n

- Ongoing with option to perm
n
- 4-5 days per week
n
- $50 to $55 per hour plus super + mileage
n
- Melbourne North West location, onsite
n
n
THE PORTFOLIO
n
n
- Mixed portfolio (approx 100 - Retail/Office/Industrial)
n
- No trust accounting and leasing assistance
n
n
THE ROLE
n
n
- End to end management of the portfolio
n
- Lease renewals and negotiations with both tenants and landlords
n
- Leasing support, with initial appointments handled in-house
n
- Invoice processing and upload for the external trust accounting provider
n
- Month-end reporting
n
- Supporting compliance as it transitions across, working with the compliance manager
n
n
YOU WILL NEED
n
n
- 3 -5 years end to end commercial property management experience
n
- Solid working knowledge of the Retail Leases Act 2003
n
- Re Leased experience, or a comparable platform
n
- Agent's Representative certificate
n
- Confident negotiator, reliable and flexible
n
- Own car and current driver's licence
n
- Available to start immediately
