Job Summary

We have exciting opportunities for Registered Nurses (RN’s) – Renal Dialysis to deliver home haemodialysis care in Port Macquarie and other areas across NSW.

You will

- Provide direct and comprehensive dialysis care in patients’ homes, including individual case management.
- Plan and coordinate services, including collaboration with other disciplines or agencies.
- Deliver education, counselling, and group support aimed at improving patients’ health outcomes.
- Mentor and support newer or less experienced staff.
- Participate in quality improvement programs, policy development,



and clinical research initiatives.

What You’ll Need

- Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
- Recent Experience in Haemodialysis
- Australian Working Rights
- Demonstrated competency in planning patient care, clinical problem-solving, and quality improvement initiatives

Willingness to complete

- Police Check
- Working with Children’s Check
- Updated Vaccination/Immunisation Record
- Obtain a current ALS and BLS Certification
