Central Queensland Indigenous Development Ltd (CQID) is seeking a Case Manager to support young people aged 15–25 who are transitioning from child safety guardianship. The role emphasizes therapeutic guidance, resources, and coordinated services across CQID’s footprint, with some travel to service delivery locations.

The position requires a current QLD Driver's Licence, Blue Card, First Aid and C, plus robust cultural awareness and child-protection knowledge.
