Are you creative, practical and interested in learning how skilled signage is designed, manufactured and installed?

CV Services Group is offering an exciting opportunity to join our Media & Signage team as a Signwriting Apprentice. You'll work full-time at our Hendra facility while completing CPC30216 – Certificate III in Signs and Graphics.

n

This apprenticeship combines structured study with practical, hands‐on experience across signage production and onsite installation. You'll be supported by experienced signwriters, designers, installers and production professionals as you develop your skills.

n

Previous industry experience is not required. We're looking for someone with the right attitude, creativity, attention to detail and a genuine interest in building a long‐term career in the signage industry.

EARN WHILE YOU LEARN

As part of the apprenticeship, you will:

n

- Complete CPC30216 – Certificate III in Signs and Graphics
n
- Receive paid, permanent full‐time employment while completing your qualification
n
- Gain practical experience across signage design, manufacturing and installation
n
- Work in both workshop and onsite environments
n
- Receive structured training, mentoring and ongoing support
n
- Develop creative, technical and practical trade skills
n
- Learn from experienced signage, production and installation professionals
n

WHAT YOU'LL BE LEARNING

n

Working alongside our Media & Signage team, you'll learn how to:

n

n
- Assist with designing, manufacturing and installing a wide range of signage
n
- Complete site measurements and prepare signage for installation
n
- Interpret artwork, drawings, measurements and job specifications
n
- Prepare surfaces and materials for signage application
n
- Produce, cut, apply vinyl graphics and lettering
n
- Assist with digital printing,



laminating and finishing
n
- Apply graphics to buildings, windows and other surfaces
n
- Manufacture signs, displays, frames and related components
n
- Load, transport and safely handle signage and installation equipment
n
- Assist with drilling, fixing, mounting and securing signage onsite
n
- Install internal and external signage at commercial and project locations
n
- Safely use ladders, hand tools, power tools and access equipment
n
- Complete accurate measurements and quality checks
n
- Maintain tools, equipment and a clean, organised work area
n
- Follow workplace health and safety and site requirements
n
- Take greater ownership of projects as your skills and confidence develop
n

No two days will look the same, with opportunities to work across creative design, workshop production, manufacturing and onsite installation.

ABOUT YOU

You don't need previous signage or industry experience to apply. What matters most is your attitude, reliability and willingness to learn.

You'll ideally bring:

- A willingness to work at heights and use access equipment once appropriately trained
