About the Role

This is a diverse warehouse position that supports both our Automation Picking & Decanting Operations and our Manual Order Picking Team. Depending on operational requirements, workload, and business needs, you may move between different warehouse functions throughout your shift.

Key responsibilities include:

- Work at the automation pod, picking orders directly from the automation system, boxing them with precision, and sending them to dispatch;
- Replenishing the automation system by decanting products into the system’s totes;
- Using an RF scanner and trolley to accurately and efficiently hand pick products for customer orders;
- Packing orders to company standards with strong attention to detail;
- Maintaining a clean, safe, efficient and positive work environment;
- Assisting with general warehouse support tasks as directed;




- Working collaboratively with multiple warehouse teams to achieve daily operational targets.

Hours of Work

Casual hours will be rostered Monday to Friday across three shift patterns:

- 6:00am to 2:00pm
- 8:00am to 4:00pm
- 2:00pm to 10:00pm

with the potential to work Saturday shifts from 7:00am to 3:00pm.

Weeklyshifts are indicated on a weekly roster and may vary from 3-6 shifts per week depending on workload, productivity and availability. Flexibility to work across all shift patterns, including additional shifts when required, will be highly regarded.

Availability to work Thursdays and Fridays is essential.

What You Will Bring

- Confidence using electronic and computer-based systems
- Experience using RF scanners is advantageous but not essential
- A team-first attitude and ability to work independently
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- A customer service mindset and strong attention to details
- Physical capability to perform consistent manual tasks, including:
- Standing for extended periods
- Lifting products
- Pushing picking trolleys
- General warehouse duties
