Senior Business Analyst (Digital Transformation)

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead heavy digital projects, shape key business capabilities, and deliver high-impact digital solutions (websites/mobile apps) in the financial/insurance space.
What You Will Do:
- Identify and quantify digital business opportunities through intelligent analysis, process modelling, and current/future state assessments.
- Formulate, prioritise, and execute work packages while maintaining explicit communication with senior stakeholders to drive business value.
- Lead process discovery workshops, facilitate group dialogue to gain consensus, and design best-practice business solutions.
- Plan, elicit, and manage business requirements and backlogs while engaging with vendors and aligning solutions to product roadmaps.
- Coach, mentor, and build capabilities across the business analysis practice using formal methodologies and frameworks.
What You Need to Apply for This Role:
- Demonstrated experience in business analysis and delivering complex digital transformation (websites and mobile apps) within financial services environment is highly preferred.
- Proven track record in eliciting requirements and building analysis models, including BPMN, data models, and context models.
- Advanced communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence outcomes across all levels.
- Strong problem‑solving capabilities with experience applying improvement methodologies such as Human‑Centred Design or Lean Six Sigma.
