About the role

You're already busy. You're already clinically capable. The question is: what's next?

Gladesville Healthcare is looking for a Senior Exercise Physiologist to take ownership of our EP program and help shape what it becomes next.

This isn't another role where you're simply handed a caseload and asked to keep the diary full.

If you're already managing around 35-40 appointments a week, running busy classes and consistently achieving 90-95%+ rebooking, you've probably already proven you can deliver.

Now you may be looking for something more.

You'll continue working clinically, but you'll also have genuine influence over:

- How the EP program develops
- The services and classes we offer
- How junior EPs are supported and mentored
- Referral relationships
- The client experience
- New opportunities for growth
- The systems and standards that underpin the program

You'll have the opportunity to lead, build and influence, not simply deliver appointments.

Key responsibilities

- Continue delivering high-quality, evidence-based exercise physiology services across a varied clinical caseload
- Lead the strategic development and growth of the EP program
- Mentor and clinically support junior EPs and new graduates
- Build stronger relationships with referring GPs, allied health professionals and the broader MDT
- Identify opportunities to develop new services, classes, partnerships and client cohortsImprove systems, workflows and the overall client experience




- Contribute to clinical governance and quality improvement
- Support student placements where relevant
- Help shape what the EP program at Gladesville Healthcare looks like over the next few years

About you

- Has 3-5+ years' clinical experience as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist
- Holds full ESSA membership/accreditation
- Is comfortable managing around 35-40 appointments a week
- Has experience running busy group classes and knows how to fill them
- Consistently achieves 90-95%+ rebooking/retention
- Has experience mentoring or supervising clinicians, or is ready to step into this
- Is confident working autonomously and taking initiative
- Has strong communication skills with clients, families and referrers
- Holds current First Aid/CPR certification
- Has a valid driver's licence
- Wants to build something, not simply maintain it

You don't necessarily need a formal leadership title.

We're interested in someone who's already demonstrating the capability and ambition to take the next step.
