Carma is seeking a Logistics Lead in Sydney to architect and scale our transport capability across inbound, outbound, and inter-site movements. You will own end-to-end vehicle flow, set the structure, standards, and rhythm to evolve fragmented logistics into a scalable, cost-productive network.
You will partner with Buying, Production and Delivery, optimise daily schedules, manage internal fleets and external providers, and drive data-driven improvements for predictable, high-quality logistics
