LO-GO Appointments is seeking an experienced Plumbing Inspector (Trade Waste) for a 3-month contract with a Queensland Council in North QLD, commencing as soon as possible.

n

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified plumbing professional with strong regulatory and compliance experience to step into a key Council role, with accommodation and travel provided, plus a vehicle available for commuter use.

n

To be successful, you will have:

n

n
- QBCC Licensed Plumber and Drainer
n
- Current C Class Driver Licence.
n
- Construction Industry White Card.
n
- Sound knowledge of Queensland legislation and regulatory requirements, including; Plumbing and Drainage Act 2018,Water Supply (Safety and Reliability) Act 2000,National Construction Code (NCC) andQueensland Plumbing and Wastewater Code.
n




- Demonstrated experience in plumbing, trade waste, wastewater, compliance or a related regulatory setting.
n
- Strong inspection, assessment and investigative skills.
n
- The ability to interpret legislation, regulations, codes and technical documentation.
n
- Well-developed communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
n
- The ability to work independently and manage regulatory matters professionally.
n
