The Role: Senior Property Manager

n

This isn't your standard keep the rent paid and the inbox under control gig.

As Senior Property Manager, you'll take ownership of a high quality portfolio and operate like a true asset manager, protecting value, optimising performance and elevating the client experience at every touchpoint.

You'll lead from the front.
n You'll raise the standard.
n And you'll help shape the systems that define how Henderson does property management at scale.

Key Responsibilities

- Own your portfolio like it's your own wealth plan. Proactive management, zero surprises, clear strategy.

- Lead inspections with precision. Routine, entry, exit and condition reporting done thoroughly and on time.
n
- Drive leasing performance. Oversee marketing, open homes, tenant selection and negotiation with confidence.
n
- Protect the asset. Manage maintenance, compliance and risk with speed and sound judgement.
n
- Be the trusted advisor to landlords. Clear communication,



strategic guidance and total transparency.

- Coach and support junior team members. Lift capability, build structure and maintain accountability.
n
- Refine systems and processes. Identify inefficiencies, streamline workflows and build a scalable engine.
n
- Stay ahead of legislation and compliance. Zero shortcuts, zero grey areas.
