About the role

The role also supports research, information management and people and culture projects. It builds strong stakeholder relationships, ensures processes comply with relevant policies and governance requirements, and contributes to initiatives that improve employee experiences and support strategic workforce goals.

Qualifications and experience

You’ll bring:

- Demonstrated experience providing high-level administrative support within a People and Culture environment, ideally in a large and complex organisation.
- Knowledge and understanding of Victorian public sector People and Culture policies, processes and systems is desirable.
