Are you organised, confident on a computer and comfortable working in a busy warehouse environment?
We’re looking for a Warehouse Administrator to join a large, well-established industrial operation in Eagle Farm.
This isn't your typical office-based admin role. You'll work closely with the warehouse and outbound team, helping keep freight, paperwork and day-to-day dispatch activities running smoothly.
What you'll be doing
- Data entry and maintaining accurate warehouse records
- Booking freight and coordinating outgoing deliveries
- Creating packing lists and dispatch documentation
- Sending emails and communicating with internal teams and transport providers
- Providing general administrative support to the warehouse team
What we're looking for
- Strong computer skills and confidence with data entry
- Good attention to detail and ability to work accurately
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Previous warehouse, logistics, transport or administration experience highly regarded
- Forklift licence preferred, but not essential for the right person
