Italian wood-fired pizza & pasta Restaurant is currently seeking a passionate individual to join our team and join the pizza section. The role requires availability on Friday, Saturday & Sunday nights, but shifts will increase closer to summer.

We are looking for someone who:

- Can demonstrate experience in the pizza section (with wood-fired Marana pizza oven)
- Is experienced in high volume, fast-paced working setting
- Is experienced in hand-stretching pizza dough
- Has good knowledge and genuine interest in Italian cuisine
- Has a high standards for food and cleanliness
- Is available to start ASAP
- Pasta knowledge and cooking highly recommend.
