Description About The Role n

Supagas a seeking an experienced Maintenance Planner to improve and optimise maintenance efficiency, productivity and quality through scoping, the successful candidate will be responsible for planning, scheduling and co-ordination of maintenance resources, parts, materials, and access to plant and equipment.

Role Responsibilities n

n
- Embody the Supagas Safety Vision “Think SAFE, Work SAFE, Live SAFE” and Safety Expectations within all facets of the site and role
n
- Development of work scope, material, equipment and resourcing requirements for all planned maintenance activities in cooperation with key stakeholders.
n
- Ensure all compliance and regulation requirements are prepared and kept in date. e.g. licenses, onsite inductions
n
- Ongoing development of Standard Work Instructions for reoccurring activities.
n
- Arrange equipment and materials required for activities through the creation of purchase requisitions, inventory reservations for planned work and ensure all required are available prior to scheduling the work.
n
- Rationalise maintenance program including; work list, work schedules, etc. to ensure safe and optimal maintenance, reliability and production outcomes.



Reduce any over-maintenance activities identified and introduce improved maintenance where necessary
n
- Forecasting programmed maintenance activities.
n
- Review the effectiveness of the previous period’s schedule, rescheduling uncompleted work as necessary and identifying reasons for incomplete or ineffective work to improve efficiencies.
n

Skills and Experiences Preferred Skills nn
- Experience in a heavy industry background preferably within the Oil & Gas, Mobile Equipment or similar environment (valuable)
n
- Strong technical aptitude.
n
- Strong focus on continuous improvement and commercial awareness.
n
- Knowledge on asset and work management systems and processes.
n
- Experienced in CMMS programs (MEX), ERP (Pronto) and the Microsoft office suite
n
- Positive verbal and written communication skills
n
- Clear understanding of Root Cause Analysis(RCA) methodology
n
- Leadership skills
n
- System/process orientated
n
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve
n

Qualifications/Experience n

n
- Trade or Asset Maintenance Qualifications and/or
n
- Minimum 2 years Planning/Scheduling experience
n
