Banyule City Council is looking for an experienced Class 2 Arborist to join their team in Bellfield.

n

This is a hands-on arborist role covering tree removal, pruning, climbing, powerline vegetation clearance and general tree maintenance.

n Pay Rate:$49.25 per hour
n Employment Type: Temporary

What you will be doing

- Tree removals, felling and pruning
n
- Climbing and EWP operations
n
- Powerline vegetation clearance
n
- Operating and maintaining arboricultural equipment
n
- Identifying tree health issues, pests and diseases
n
- Cabling, bracing and planting trees and shrubs
n

What you will need

n

n
- Arborist experience
n
- MR Licence
n
- Boom-type EWP operation
n
- AHCARB205A – Operate and Maintain Chainsaws
n
- ESI Training – Powerline Vegetation Control
n
- Solid understanding of safe arboricultural practices and current standards
n
