We are seeking a passionate and dedicated dual Registered Nurse and Midwife that is ready to step into a key leadership role within ourSpecial Care Nursery.

n

As a Clinical Nurse/Midwife, you will be required to act as a team leader, professional resource, passionate mentor, and a positive role model to junior team members. You will maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders and manage rapidly changing situations with proficiency and care.

About You

n

We're looking for someone who brings compassion, professionalism, and teamwork to every shift. You'll have:

n

n
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Midwife
n
- Minimumof 4 years' recent relevant clinical experience in Midwifery
n




- Competency in IV insertion, CTG interpretation and epidural management
n
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach
n
- A passion for mentoring junior team members and positively influencing their performance
n
- Postgraduate qualification in Midwifery or related specialty (desirable)

Remuneration:

n

On offer for this role is abase hourly rate of $54.72 -$58.82 + superannuation, exclusive of penalties and allowances (*QLD RN/Midwife Level 2.1 - Level 2.4*)
