Infosys in Melbourne is seeking a dynamic SuccessFactors Employee Central Lead to drive EC projects, enhancements, and integrations in partnership with HR and IT leadership. You will shape the EC capabilities, own the EC roadmap, and guide design and configuration across modules.

The role requires deep EC expertise, strong stakeholder skills, and experience delivering HR digital transformation in a global, onsite setting. Excellent collaboration with onshore and offshore teams is expected.
