This opportunity would suit an Assistant Strata Manager ready to step up, an experienced Strata Manager seeking a more supportive environment, or a property or legal professional looking to transition into the strata industry. What you'll be doing:

- Managing a portfolio of strata companies with the support of dedicated administration staff and experienced leadership
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with owners, council members, contractors and key stakeholders
- Coordinating meetings, maintenance matters, compliance requirements and day-to-day portfolio management activities





What you'll need:

- Minimum 1 year of Strata experience
- Excellent written & verbal communicator
- Certificate IV in Strata
