Working across a high-volume pipeline of residential projects, you'll take ownership of scheduling materials and resources from order through to delivery, working closely with the Construction team and wider business to keep builds moving.

About the role

You'll be responsible for coordinating materials and resources across a variety of residential projects, looking ahead to identify requirements, manage potential delays and keep build timelines on track from start to finish.

Your day-to-day will include:

- Compiling accurate BOQs in line with construction requirements
- Sourcing materials and resources from the Price Book
- Coordinating material ordering, supplier communication and follow-up
- Monitoring department workflows and scheduling progress
- Working closely with the Scheduling and Construction teams to achieve build targets
- Compiling and analysing cost control reporting
- Monitoring project budgets and construction progress
- Approving and processing invoices




- Proactively identifying and resolving scheduling issues before they impact build timelines

About you

I'm looking for an experienced residential Scheduler who can confidently manage a high-volume workload and take ownership of the scheduling process.

You'll ideally have:

- 2+ years' experience within residential construction scheduling or a similar role
- Previous experience must be within residential construction
- Experience using construction management, estimating, or procurement software (such as Databuild or Clickhomes) and Microsoft Excel
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Solid attention to detail, with the ability to manage high volumes and competing deadlines
- Confidence working independently as well as part of a team
- A driven, proactive approach and high level of integrity
