Signarama Erina is a locally owned and operated signage business based in Erina, servicing businesses across the Central Coast.

We design, manufacture and install a wide range of custom signage, including vehicle branding, shopfront signage, illuminated signs, light boxes, pylons, wall signage and large-format graphics.

We're a hands-on team that takes pride in doing a good job, looking after our customers and finding practical solutions.

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Consultant to join our team.

This is a hands-on sales role combining office-based sales with customer visits, site inspections, quoting and project coordination.

You'll deal directly with business owners, builders, trades and other customers to understand what they need, recommend signage solutions, prepare quotes and manage projects through to completion.

You'll work closely with our graphic design, production and installation teams to make sure the customer's expectations are met.

This is not a desk-only sales position.

A key part of the role is getting out to customer sites and taking accurate measurements. You need to be comfortable using ladders and accessing elevated areas where safe access is available to measure things such as fascia boards, windows, light boxes, walls and other signage locations.

What You'll Be Doing

- Generate and follow up new business opportunities

- Respond to enquiries and prepare quotes

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships

- Visit customer sites and carry out measurements and site inspections





- Measure signage locations and assess site conditions

- Recommend practical signage solutions

- Manage projects from enquiry through to completion

- Coordinate with our graphic design, production and installation teams

- Follow up quotes and existing customers

- Identify opportunities for additional work

- Keep customers updated throughout their projects

- Use our quoting and CRM systems to keep jobs organised

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who:

- Has solid sales experience and enjoys dealing with people

- Is confident speaking with business owners and decision-makers

- Is comfortable getting out on site and meeting customers

- Is physically capable and comfortable using ladders and working at elevated sites where appropriate

- Has good attention to detail and can take accurate measurements

- Can think on their feet and solve problems

- Is organised and able to manage multiple jobs

- Is confident using computers and learning new software

- Has a current driver's licence

- Works well as part of a small team

Industry Experience – Highly Regarded

Experience in signage, printing or graphic design would be a strong advantage.

Experience with areas such as:

- Signage

- Large-format or digital printing

- Graphic design

- Vehicle graphics and wraps





- Advertising or visual communications

- Print production

would be highly regarded.

You don't have to come from the signage industry. If you have strong sales ability, a practical mindset and the willingness to learn, we'd still like to hear from you.

We're particularly interested in someone who can look at a site and start to understand how a sign will actually be made and installed, not just how to sell it.
