Candidate Profile

Has proven management experience in a bar or hospitality setting.

- Demonstrates strong leadership skills and the ability to build and maintain a cohesive team.

- Is proficient in managing budgets, rostering, and timesheet approvals.

- Possesses a solid understanding of all beverages and maintaining stock levels.

- Is available to work a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends.





- Exhibits excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Can prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.

- Has knowledge of hotel and bar operations, with strong systems and processes.

- Holds a Western Australian Approved Manager’s Card or is willing to obtain one.
