The opportunity
We're looking for a skilled, polished barista to join the in-house café team at one of our prestigious corporate clients in the Sydney CBD. This is a casual position offering 25–38 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
You'll be serving the client's staff, executives and guests in a skilled office environment, where every cup needs to be excellent, including at the height of the morning rush. Beyond the coffee machine, you'll play a hands-on role in the wider team, managing pantry stock and supporting the floor staff wherever needed.
What you'll be doing

- Delivering high-quality coffee with consistent latte art and correct milk temperature

- Maintaining quality and consistency through peak periods





- Setting and adjusting the grinder to keep extraction on point

- Managing pantry stock, including monitoring levels and restocking

- Making and running coffee orders when needed

- Helping the floor team with small preparation tasks

- Providing warm, professional service to staff, executives and guests

What you'll bring

- Proven barista experience with strong latte art and milk-texturing skills

- Confident grinder knowledge, including dialling in
