What you’ll be doing

Working closely with the Store Manager, you’ll help drive the day-to-day success of the store by:

- Delivering exceptional customer service and automotive advice

- Supporting sales and store performance

- Managing bookings and allocating workshop jobs

- Supervising and mentoring workshop staff





- Providing leadership, feedback and support to the team

- Building robust relationships with customers, suppliers and staff

- Supporting efficient workshop and store operations

- Managing inventory and stock take and control

- Assisting with opening and closing procedures

What you’ll bring

Automotive experience is essential. We’re looking for someone who has:

- Previous Assistant Store Manager or similar leadership experience (2+ years preferred)

- Tyre, mechanical and/or wheel alignment experience

- Strong customer service and communication skills

- Proven leadership and team mentoring capability

- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills

- Computer literacy

- Current and valid driver’s licence

- Ability to work Saturdays if required roster, 8am–12pm
