KIBY is a family owned transport and logistics business based in Bayswater, Perth. We’re a growing team where drivers know the people running the business and their work is recognised. We provide linehaul, wharf, oversize and heavy haulage services across metropolitan Perth, the Pilbara and the North West.

We are seeking experienced HC and MC drivers for full time and casual roles. Our drivers operate a well maintained Kenworth fleet, with Starlink (company paid) and microwave,fridges fitted to trucks travelling remote routes.

The role

The work includes local collections, wharf and metro deliveries, North West linehaul, oversize loads and heavy haulage. MC drivers will primarily operate triple road trains across the Pilbara and North West.

Depending on the work, you will operate flattops, extendables, drop decks, Semi tilt and slides and 50T floats with quad and dolly combinations.

Rosters

- North West linehaul: Full time, 12 days on and 2 days off

- Local work: Full time or casual

What you will do

- Safely load, restrain and check freight and equipment

- Complete pre-start checks, trip paperwork and defect reports

- Communicate with operations and customers

- Follow fatigue management,



Chain of Responsibility and site safety requirements

What you will bring

- A current, unrestricted HC or MC licence suitable for the role

- Experience driving Road Ranger vehicles

- Current fatigue management accreditation

- An MSIC card, or the ability to obtain one

- A solid safety record and sound knowledge of load restraint

- A positive attitude and a practical, common-sense approach to the job

- Confidence using a tablet and job management apps, or a willingness to learn

Pre-employment requirements

- Provide a traffic history report and National Police Check

- Complete a pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol screening, and driving assessment
