Sunnyside Australia is a values inspired organisation delivering quality NDIS supports to people living with mental health and disability in Southeast Qld. Sunnyside is looking for people who understand what good support looks like (or is eager to quickly learn!) , this means support workers who:

Sometimes that's learning new life skills.
Sometimes that's attending engaging in mindfulness, practicing regulation skills appointments, tackling paperwork, building routines, finding employment pathways, reconnecting socially, or simply getting through a tough week with someone reliable in your corner.

Sunnyside Support Workers must have:

- A bloody good heart, a moral compass, and strong values
- Strong professional boundaries and a good sense of self




- An ability to accept feedback and follow instruction
- Know how to read the room and understand expectations and adapt to meet individual needs
- Have strong values and high expectations of quality support
- Current Australian driver's license, vehicle & a smart phone
- Relevant qualifications minimum certificate III (or enrolled in current studies)
- Ability to successfully acquire NDIS Worker Clearance, NDIS Worker Screening, Working with Children Blue Card and a Police Check
- Right to live and work in Australia
- Strong English language skills

Support shifts available now on the Gold Coast (Central and Southern), Logan, & Rochedale
