Discover My World (DMW) ELC is a premium early learning centre in the Sutherland Shire, offering a high standard of care and education to children, and the working community in which we support.

About you

As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a key role in driving the educational program and our practices, mentoring like-minded educators, and ensuring the highest standards of communication and engagement among the team, with our families and our wider community.

As part of your role, you will also work alongside service leaders, experienced educators, and trainees to collaborate and more each other toward achieving shared goals, quality improvement and maintaining high standards or education and care according to ACECQA. You will also work closely with the leadership team to achieve personal and professional goals.

The successful candidate will have:

- ECT, Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood

- Genuine passion and commitment for childhood education

- A thorough understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework as well as a sound knowledge of current laws and regulations relating to childcare





- Solid leadership skills - coaching team members and being accountable to service goals & objectives

- Fantastic communication skills both written & verbal

- Ability to work alongside a diverse team of skilled educators

- Willingness to contribute to the ongoing professional development of the team
