Established for over 20 years and backed by a larger national group, they have built a solid reputation for successfully delivering projects across apartments, commercial offices, schools, aged care, retail, mixed-use developments and large-scale government projects. Their portfolio typically ranges from $20M–$300M, with a secured pipeline of work well into the future.

Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Project Manager to join the team for a $38m social/affordable/build to rent apartment complex.

Key Requirements:

- Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management & Economics or Engineering
- Proven experience as a Project Manager working with commercial main contractor
- Must previously have delivered commercial projects valued from $30M upwards
- Excellent communication skills
- Local experience and established relationships with the local supply chain is preferred
