You might already manage a retail team. Or you might come from hospitality, tourism or customer service and be ready for something different.

About the Role

As our Provedore Store Lead in Yarrawonga, you’ll play an important part in the day-to-day running of our Provedore, supporting the team to deliver the warm, genuine and memorable customer experience Rich Glen is known for.

This is a hands-on role. One moment you might be helping a customer discover their new favourite Rich Glen product, the next you’ll be supporting the team, keeping the store looking incredible or finding a better way to do improve processes.

You’ll help create an environment where customers feel genuinely welcome, team members feel supported and the store runs smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Lead by example to create an exceptional Rich Glen customer experience

- Support, motivate and guide the retail team throughout the day

- Help coordinate the smooth day-to-day operation of the Yarrawonga store

- Create a welcoming environment where customers can discover, taste and enjoy the Rich Glen range

- Maintain beautiful product presentation, merchandising and store standards

- Support stock management, replenishment and general retail operations

- Help the team achieve store goals while maintaining genuine, personalised service

- Look for opportunities to improve the customer experience and the way we work

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys people, products and great service.

Ideally, you’ll have:

- Experience in retail, hospitality or another customer-focused environment

- Experience leading, supervising or supporting a team

- A natural ability to connect with customers and create a warm, welcoming experience

- A positive, energetic and hands-on approach

- Strong organisation and communication skills





- Confidence taking initiative and solving problems as they arise

- A team-first attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed
