We are seeking a full time duty manager.

In this role you will work a mix of days and nights, balancing your time leading the team from the front and also providing management, leadership, staff training and development support.

Experience in managing teams, people and championing excellent customer service are of the greatest importance in this position.

We have a fantastic array of functions, events and special occasions put together in a busy schedule to keep the styles of service you experience very varied.
