Valley Mechanical & Engineering (VME) is looking for experienced underground drill fitters to service, fault find and repair diamond drills and raisebore equipment.
About us
VME is a family owned drill maintenance business. We’re a hands on team that backs our fitters and recognises the experience they bring to the job.
About you
You’ll need:
- A trade certificate in a relevant mechanical trade
- Solid mechanical and hydraulic fault finding skills
- A good attitude towards safety and pride in your workmanship
Experience on any of the following is what we’re looking for:
- Atlas Copco Diamec U6
- Erebus mobile carrier diamond drills
- Epiroc Smart 6
- Robbins raisebore rigs
- Boart Longyear skid mounted diamond drills
Air conditioning and high risk work tickets are advantageous.
