About the Role
• Manage a diverse portfolio of residential and mixed-use buildings
• Deliver high-quality service to clients, agents, and contractors
• Utilise Property IQ effectively
• Provide professional strata guidance across all areas of management
• Prepare agendas, budgets, minutes, and notices
• Convene and conduct meetings confidently
• Follow up and resolve enquiries promptly
• Interpret financial statements and support committee decision-making
• Maintain strong knowledge of strata legislation
• Provide practical, solutions-focused outcomes
• Earn approx. 40% Schedule B’s | $220 + GST per hour
What You Bring
• Previous Strata Management experience (essential)
• Excellent communication and client service skills
• Ethical, customer-first work practices
• Robust organisational and time management ability
• Solid understanding of strata legislation
• Confident problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with computer systems (Property IQ highly regarded)
• Ability to work collaboratively within a supportive team
• Reliable motor vehicle and valid driver’s licence
