Your Role

As part of our team, you will:

- Provide support to clients, handling issues related to Microsoft 365, Entra, Windows Servers, Azure, networking, and more

- Participate in project work, collaborating with our IT engineers and account managers

- Assist in building custom solutions and managing virtual environments for clients

- Ensure proactive monitoring of client systems to identify and address potential issues before they become critical

About You

We're looking for someone who is passionate about building a career in IT and takes pride in delivering professional, customer-focused service. You’re a quick learner with strong communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a desire to continually develop your technical knowledge.

You’ll ideally have some experience in a Level 1 IT support role, either through work experience or study. You enjoy working both independently and as part of a team, have a solid technical foundation, and are familiar with the Microsoft 365 and Office suite.

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- A proactive mindset and strong problem-solving abilities





- Experience or training in Level 1 IT support

- The ability to work autonomously while contributing to a team environment

- A solid technical foundation and willingness to continue learning

- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and the Microsoft Office suite

- A professional, reliable, and customer-focused approach

Additional Requirements

- Permanent residency in Australia

- Ability to provide a police clearance

- Availability for full-time work Monday to Friday
