About Us

Surface Rescue is Adelaide's highest-rated epoxy flooring and concrete resurfacing business. We're now expanding into a national franchise network — two franchises hit the road this summer, with a further rollout planned for 2027 (90 locations nationwide)

Our in-house call centre is the engine that will run this network, and we're looking for an experienced appointment setter to be part of building it from the ground up.

The Role

You'll be working warm leads only — people who've already enquired and put their hand up to be contacted. There's no cold calling involved.

Your job is to qualify the lead, understand what they need, and book them into our sales team's calendar. You'll be working within a proven script and process, but this isn't a role for reading off a page — you'll need to actually listen and adapt to the person on the other end of the phone.

Industry knowledge isn't required — we'll teach you everything about our services. What we need is your experience and ability on the phones.

About You

- 3+ years of real appointment setting or outbound calling experience





- A track record you can speak to — call volume, conversion rates, KPIs you've hit

- Genuine energy on the phones — this comes through immediately to leads, and to us

- Comfortable being held accountable to KPIs and targets

- Based in Adelaide, with reliable transport to our Ridgehaven office

- $90K base salary

- $2,000 sign on bonus (after completion of 6 month probation period)

- Commission on top, with realistic OTE of $100K–$110K for robust performers
