About the role

SNL Support Services is recruiting High Intensity Support Workers and a House Manager to deliver safe, consistent support at home and in the community on the Sunshine Coast. We provide 24-hour care across our client services, recruiting across all shifts including days, evenings, weekends, active nights and inactive nights. Long shifts are available.

Key responsibilities

High Intensity Support Workers:

- Support daily routines, personal care, fresh meal preparation and community activities

- Follow each person's health and behaviour support plans

- Demonstrate transparent communication, reliable handovers and sound judgement

- Participate in community outings and driving

House Manager:

- Lead the support team day to day

- Maintain consistent routines and standards

- Coach staff and support onboarding

- Work with service delivery leaders to address issues early

- Lead people while staying closely connected to the support being delivered

About you





- Reliable and work well with others

- Take safety seriously

- Willing to learn what matters to each person

- Valid driver's licence and willingness to drive a larger vehicle

- Experience with complex disability support, epilepsy, autism, positive behaviour support or motor neurone disease (MND) is highly regarded
