About us
Shape of You Perth is a premium skin, laser and body clinic on Angove St, North Perth. We use medical-grade technology, including HIFU, laser, RF and advanced facials, and we're adding cosmetic injectables. We've grown quickly, we're booked out weeks ahead, and we're looking for a friendly, switched-on person to join our team.

The role
This is a hybrid role split between our front desk and our treatment floor. You'll support our Clinic Manager in looking after every client from the moment they walk in to the moment they rebook, and you'll help our therapists keep the clinic running smoothly behind the scenes. It's a great entry point into the aesthetics industry. Full training is provided, and there's real scope to progress into a coordinator or therapist role as you grow.

This is a part-time position, Tuesday to Saturday.

What you'll do – Front of house

- Greet clients, check them in and make sure they feel looked after

- Answer calls, messages and enquiries, and help turn them into bookings

- Assist with the appointment book, confirmations and rebookings

- Process payments and help with package and retail sales

What you'll do – Clinic support

- Prepare and turn over treatment rooms between clients





- Keep consumables, linen and stock organised and topped up

- Assist therapists with treatment setup, cleaning and device care

- Keep the clinic spotless, calm and ready to impress

About you

- Warm, confident and well presented, with a genuine interest in skin and beauty

- Organised and calm when the phone's ringing and the waiting room's full

- Comfortable with computers and booking systems; salon, spa, clinic or retail experience is a bonus but not essential

- Reliable and available Tuesday to Saturday

- Keen to learn and grow in a busy, successful clinic
