We are opening a new multidisciplinary rehabilitation practice in Chermside and are looking for an experienced Physiotherapist to become one of the foundation clinicians in our team.

Our clinic is designed to facilitate the progression from assessment and symptom management through to strength, physical capacity and functional rehabilitation, with a substantial rehabilitation and exercise environment integrated into the practice.

Our integrated allied health team combines hands-on treatment with exercise-based rehabilitation to achieve long-term results rather than short-term fixes. We are building a team of motivated, hands-on clinicians to help people move better, feel stronger, and stay active through all stages of life.

This position will initially commence at 2-3 days per week, with a clear pathway to full time, including the option for a 4-day FTE.

The role

You’ll manage a varied private-practice caseload which may include:

· Musculoskeletal injuries and rehabilitation

· Post-operative rehabilitation

· Persistent and chronic pain

· WorkCover and CTP

· Medicare/CDMP

· Return-to-work rehabilitation

· Deconditioning and functional rehabilitation

· Older adults, falls prevention and healthy ageing

· Return to activity and sport

Key Responsibilities

· Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualised treatment plans

· Implement evidence-based interventions, including manual therapy, exercise prescription and education

· Work collaboratively with our allied health team to provide high-quality, consistent care to patients

· Independently manage a diverse caseload

· Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation using our streamlined practice management systems

· Contribute to clinic initiatives, share your clinical insight,



and actively participate in continuous professional development

· Scope to grow into senior clinical, mentoring, referral-development, leadership or practice-management responsibilities over time – based on capability, contribution and mutual fit.

About You

You will ideally have:

· Physiotherapy degree with full AHPRA registration

· 2+ years private practice physiotherapy experience

· Clinical Pilates certification desirable

· Strong musculoskeletal assessment and rehabilitation skills

· Sound clinical reasoning and exercise prescription skills

· Experience working across different funding schemes (Medicare, DVA, NDIS, WorkCover, Private)

· Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team

· High quality and timely clinical documentation

· Eager to contribute to the development of a growing Physiotherapy service
