As OneSchool Global’s largest campus in Victoria, Melton holds an important position within the Victorian and wider Australian network. Set across a generous 4.8-acre campus and serving more than 200 students, the school combines exceptional facilities, a robust and positive culture and an award-winning approach to teaching and learning.

Located just 47 kilometres from Melbourne CBD, the campus serves families across Melton and surrounding communities, including Ballarat, Geelong, Sunbury, Werribee and greater Melbourne.

This is a dedicated leadership position with no classroom teaching responsibilities, providing the opportunity to focus fully on educational leadership, developing people and continuing to strengthen an already thriving campus.

The Opportunity

As Campus Principal, you will provide strategic, educational and operational leadership across Melton Campus, building on strong foundations while continuing to strengthen teaching quality, leadership capability, culture and student outcomes.

You will:

- Lead the strategic direction, performance and operations of the campus.

- Provide strong educational and instructional leadership.

- Continue strengthening teaching quality within OneSchool Global’s cutting-edge hybrid learning model.

- Develop leadership capability across the campus, empowering others to lead and grow.

- Build and develop high-performing leadership and teaching teams.

- Lead through influence within a matrixed and globally connected organisation.





- Balance campus priorities with regional, national and global strategic objectives.

- Protect and intentionally evolve the positive culture that has become a defining characteristic of Melton.

- Build trusted relationships with students, families, staff and the wider school community.

- Maintain strong governance, compliance, safeguarding and risk management practices.

- Contribute to educational and leadership initiatives across the wider OneSchool Global network.

About You

We are looking for an accomplished educational leader with substantial leadership experience within a school workplace.

You may already be a successful Principal seeking a new challenge, or an experienced senior leader ready to step into Principalship.

You will bring:

- Significant school leadership experience.

- A solid track record in teaching, learning and improving student outcomes.

- Experience building high-performing teams and developing leadership capability in others.

- Strong strategic and operational leadership capability.

- Demonstrated success leading sustainable improvement and change.

- The ability to lead through influence and work effectively within a broader organisational structure.

- The ability to build credibility and trusted relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.
