We are currently recruiting for Machine Operators to join our team in Carole Park on a permanent full-time basis. These positions are responsible for the end-to-end running of the food processing and packing line requirements that are aligned to achieve production targets.

There is 2 shifts available working Monday to Thursday, 9.5 hour shifts:

- Day 5am – 3pm
- Afternoon 12pm – 10pm

What You’ll Do:

- Perform pre-operative checks and equipment set up.
- Accurate batching and controlled mixing of a wide range of ingredient types and product variations, ensuring consistency, traceability, and adherence to formulation requirements.
- Integration of barcode/RFID scanning systems to verify raw materials, combined with robust recipe management that ensures correct ingredient selection, sequencing, and real-time validation against approved formulations.
- Implementation of multiple in-process and final quality checks to ensure all predefined parameters (e.g., weight, temperature, composition, and timing) are consistently met, maintaining product quality and compliance standard.
- Machine operation and trouble shooting.
- Cleaning and basic maintenance of machines and equipment.




- Assist in other areas of the factory when required.

What You’ll Bring:

- Previous experience with process work (food industry preferred)
- Previous machine operating experience
- Previous experience with batching/blending ingredients would be ideal
- Good computer skills
- Experience with HACCP and GMP
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Certificate 3 in Food Processing (desirable)
