Wizard Pharmacy Joondalup Central is looking for a pharmacist to work 18-24 hours per week. Located in the Lakeside Joondalup Shopping Centre , this is a great prospect to join a strong team and be part of a growing and dynamic business. The successful applicant must importantly display exceptional customer service skills, as well as be organized, reliable, honest, trustworthy and work well in a team environment.
Applicant must work well in a team to provide optimal healthcare to our patients.
The position is focused on patient centric care and forward facing customer service, primarily working on OTC counter and offering face-to-face patient interaction.
New graduates with a hard working attitude are welcome to apply.
Happy to work with, and mentor the right applicant with the right attitude into a pharmacist-in-charge position
Previous Pharmacist work in Australia is ESSENTIAL
Key responsibilities of this role include:
- Prescription dispensing.
- Counselling patients at every opportunity
- Promoting generic substitution & scripts on file
- Supervise the safe and effective use and sale of S2 and S3 medicines
- Ensuring all customers are provided with 'Gold Standard' customer service and all customer complaints and queries are handled quickly, correctly and in a professional manner
- conducting medschecks
- administering all scope of vaccinations efficiently
- webster pack preparation
Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours
- AHPRA Registered pharmacists (essential).
- You should be patient focused,
flexible and customer driven to provide exceptional pharmacy services and patient counselling.
- Well-developed communication skills and flexibility to adjust to and implement change.
- Sharing of knowledge/resources and ability to build/motivate successful team.
