We are looking for motivated and confident Telesales & Door-to-Door Lead Generators to join our growing sales and marketing team.

SA Energy Solar & Battery provides residential and commercial solar, battery and electrical solutions. We are looking for people who are comfortable speaking with customers, generating genuine interest and booking qualified appointments for our sales team.

About the Role

This is a lead-generation and appointment-setting position. Depending on your experience and preference, you may work in telesales, door-to-door lead generation, or a combination of both.

Your role will be to speak with homeowners and businesses, identify potential opportunities and book qualified appointments for our solar, battery and electrical sales team.

You do not need to be an electrician or solar expert. Product and sales training will be provided.

What You Will Be Promoting

Our services include:

- Residential solar systems

- Home battery storage

- Solar + battery packages

- Solar system upgrades

- Battery additions to existing solar systems

- EV charger installations

- Electrical upgrades and electrical work

- Residential and commercial energy solutions

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers

- Conduct door-to-door lead generation in allocated areas

- Speak professionally with homeowners and businesses

- Identify customers interested in solar, battery or electrical services

- Ask basic qualifying questions about the customer's requirements

- Generate genuine, qualified leads

- Book appointments for our sales consultants

- Accurately record customer information and appointment details

- Follow up interested customers where required

- Meet individual and team lead-generation targets





- Represent SA Energy Solar & Battery professionally at all times

- Follow company procedures and applicable consumer and door-to-door sales requirements

- Confident and comfortable speaking with new people

- Energetic, positive and self-motivated

- Good communicators

- Comfortable making outbound calls and/or approaching customers face-to-face

- Target-driven and motivated by incentives

- Reliable and punctual

- Able to handle rejection and continue with a positive attitude

- Professional when representing the company

Previous experience in solar, battery, energy, telecommunications, call centres, appointment setting, lead generation, door-to-door sales or direct sales will be highly regarded.

However, applicants with the right attitude and communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
