About the role

As our In-Clinic Physiotherapist, you will manage a clinical caseload of clients presenting with musculoskeletal, rehabilitation and pain-related conditions. You will deliver evidence-informed assessment, treatment and care planning tailored to each client's goals and funding source, build strong client relationships with clear communication, and maintain high-quality clinical documentation in line with AHPRA and funding body standards. You will act as a clinical role model for the team, sharing knowledge and informally guiding junior clinicians. As you step into or continue growing leadership, you will provide supervision, mentoring and day-to-day support to physiotherapists within the team, be an escalation point for clinical questions and higher-level client needs, help shape team meetings and quality improvement initiatives, and partner with the Principal Physiotherapist on program planning and clinical standards.

Key responsibilities

- Manage a clinical caseload of clients presenting with musculoskeletal, rehabilitation and pain-related conditions

- Deliver evidence-informed assessment, treatment and care planning tailored to each client's goals and funding source

- Build strong client relationships, guiding progress with clear, confident communication

- Maintain high-quality clinical documentation and reporting in line with AHPRA and funding body standards (WC, TAC, NDIS, SAH and private)

- Act as a clinical role model for the team — sharing knowledge, informally guiding junior clinicians, and contributing to service quality

- Provide supervision, mentoring and day-to-day support to physiotherapists within the team

- Be an escalation point for clinical questions and higher-level client needs

- Help shape team meetings, case discussions and quality improvement initiatives





- Partner with the Principal Physiotherapist on program planning and clinical standards

About you

- 5+ years' post-graduate physiotherapy experience, with strong MSK, rehabilitation and pain management skills

- Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist

- A client-centred approach and confident, clear communication style — with clients and colleagues alike

- Genuine interest in leadership — whether you're already mentoring others or ready to start

- Current Driver's Licence, Working With Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, First Aid/CPR and Professional Indemnity Insurance

- Comfortable with MS Office and clinical practice software (we use Nookal)

- Prior experience supervising, mentoring or team-leading physiotherapy staff (nice to have)

- Hydrotherapy experience or willingness to develop competency (nice to have)
