About the Role

We have an exciting, major residential project in Woolongong. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with expertise in multi-residential construction in Australia. If you thrive in a energetic environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional results, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage projects proactively to ensure they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

- Prepare and manage comprehensive project programs, actively monitoring progress.

- Financial Mastery to oversee all financial aspects of projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and progress claims.

- Supplier coordination Handle procurement, establishment, and administration of subcontracts and supply agreements.

- Risk Management to Identify potential risks early and create effective mitigation plans.

- Leadership skills to lead and inspire your project teams to maximize their contributions and achieve outstanding results.

- Compliance experience to ensure all regulatory requirements are met, liaising with councils and regulatory authorities.





- Stakeholder engagement with to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, architects, and internal staff.

About You

We are looking for a dynamic and driven individual with the following qualifications:

- At least 5 years experience as a Project Manager in the Australian multi-residential construction industry.

- Australian Experience in construction management or a related field.

- Intermediate knowledge of Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Excel.

- Proficiency in MS Project and JobPac/Cheops/ or similar construction software.

- Strong leadership abilities and excellent communication skills.

- Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

- Meticulous attention to detail and a proven track record of meeting deadlines and budgets.

- The ability to effectively delegate and work cohesively within a team.

- Strong stakeholder management skills.
