About the role

This is a true all-rounder position. You'll work across coffee, POS and floor service, so we're looking for someone who enjoys variety, is confident jumping in wherever needed and loves being part of a busy café team.

- Work across coffee, POS and floor service

- Table service and running food

- General front-of-house duties

- Making great coffee

About you

- 1–2+ years' hospitality experience

- Strong café and hospitality experience

- Robust barista skills and confidence working on coffee

- Experience working in a busy café environment

- Basic latte art is a must

- Confidence using a POS system

- Comfortable with table service, running food and general FOH duties

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- A genuine team player

- Organised, reliable and proactive
